love the customization that you can do to this app. not like skype or ichat. u can make is simple or just have a name on a screen ... kinda awesome

but it doesn't let you do video chats! thats why i prefer ichat!

I am using adium because my ichat is not working at the moment, and i really do not like it. it uses conflicting hot keys and is not as user friendly as ichat. it also does not do video. i would much rather have my chat client look and sound exactly like ichat just because it goes with the theme of the computer much better.

Not to offend, but this website is getting a little disappointing. Im tired of the daily updates and these lame articles. Almost as if you have lost you spunk. I use to come here everyday and see cool wallpapers, mac setups, tips and tricks. But, now..not so much

Adium is OK but not great. It fails so often showing your friends online and has a big list of other minor-bugs. Can't understand this lame article because everybody knows Adium.
