Would you mind decreasing your volume a bit please..?
Less One Block
Yeah, of course. Most of the people will just use the volume key on their laptop (F4 or worst, F3). It results in your one block of sound bar disappear.
Lower A Bit
Actually you can do better than that. I mean, you can decrease your sound less than one block. Initially, I will just open my Apple ▸ System Preferences... ▸ Sound and lower the output volume down a bit.
Less a Quarter
But I'm not quite satisfied with the trouble it takes to do that. Fortunately, it can be easily done by pressing Option-Shift-F4 which will cause your volume to be decreased by a quarter of one block.

That's really helpful. Thanks a lot. I always face the problem with the lowest block to be too loud due to my audio system. That's great hint.

This also works using with the volume keys on an external keyboard in place of F4.

one can add the fact that if you hold your alt-button and adjust the volume your system window pops upand you can adjust manually In addition, if you hold your shift while adjusting, the (often disturbing) blopp-sound wont be there.
