Confession..
When reading through Cool OS X Apps, I found out this application named AppFresh. This application is created to check your Mac latest applications update available or not. Accepting that I rarely check for latest update of my applications, I download this application, for the sake of my Mac health.
After extracting, running AppFresh and it's checking for the my Mac Applications' updates

New discovery..
Playing around with AppFresh, I recognize that it's checking for Applications' updates via iUseThis, website specialized for Mac OS X Software Updates. Now I know the alternative way to seek for updates.

Where to get AppFresh?

Update, multiple update, update all ..
Given choices of updating's way, it won't be difficult to manage which of Applications to be updated and which to be left as it is. AppFresh helps a lot on renewing Mac (and relieves me from my sin).
