Change the Precision

  1. Open your Calculator. You can either do this either by accessing to your Application folder or by using your QuickSilver with keyword calc
  2. Activate the calculator by clicking on it. Then go to calculator menu bar
  3. Click on top down menu View

  4. Search for Precision, mouse hover on it will bring another check box menu ranged from 0 to 16. It is refer to number of decimal points calculator can have

  5. Example for Precision set to 16

Advance Calculator

  1. Go under View menu bar of Calculator.
  2. There you will see three interface of calculator : Basic, Scientific, and Programmer

  3. You can change it either by using shortcut 1 to 3 or using your mouse
  4. These are the interfaces



The Effectiveness of Paper Tape

  1. Go under View menu bar of Calculator
  2. Then choose Show Paper Type

  3. Inside this Paper Type, you can type all your calculation, e.g. sqrt(pow(5,9)+7-9/15x6)

  4. After that, hit the Recalculate Totals button. The calculation will be performed, returning you the result

  5. You can change the number and then recalculate again and again

Conversion of Data Type

  1. Go under Convert in Calculator menu bar
  2. You can convert almost everything inside there..

  3. You also can update latest currency from the web
